From Phnom Penh: Use National Highway 2 until Phnom Den Border Gate.

Tinh Bien is on the Vietnam side (Can Tho to Phnom Penh) and Phnom Den (Phnom Penh to Mekong Delta) is on the Cambodia side. This crossing is open to all foreign visitors; you are eligible for a visa on arrival at this particular border crossing.
