The pagoda was built in 1953, this construction lasted for 10 years until 1963, it is considered the ancestral home of Vietnamese Theravada Buddhism in the central region of the country. Designed and built in the style of Southeast Asian architecture, it still honors the unique features of Vietnamese architecture.
