Right outside Yodoyabashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line or Keihan Railway, or exit 1 of Kitahama Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line or the Keihan Railway
A waterfront park nestled between Dojimagawa and Tosaborigawa rivers established in 1891. With its rose garden featuring about 3,700 rose bushes and about different 310 rose species blooms in mid-May and mid-October, this park has been selected one of the 100 most scenic greenery spots in Osaka in recognition of its beautiful scenery against a background of classical neighboring buildings.
