Getting There from Haikou via High speed train at Haikou East Station for 284.3KM about 1 Hours 48 minutes to Sanya Train Station, There are around 50 Haikou to Sanya high speed trains daily.

 Go for simple lunch at Nanshan Cultural Tourism Scenic Area Food Street - Street of Delicacies (南山文化旅游景区美食街)

After Lunch walk over to purchase Tram ticket to tour the scenic area, after that cross over to check in from the shopping mall to wait for the tram.

You can hop on hop off at any stops multiple times to visit the scenic area as the area is quite big and advisable to purchase the train ticket, do note that The train does not repeat it route, so it is recommended to follow the route to visit the tourist spot.

The museum has become one of the core attractions of Nanshan Scenic Area with its unique architectural style and exquisite artistic presentation. The exquisite architectural wood carvings and brick carvings are purely handmade by 350 Nepalese craftsmen.

Thirty-three Statues of Guanyin Bodhisattva Hall三十三观音堂

The Thirty-three Guanyin Hall is a Buddhist cultural venue that displays Guanyin culture, Long Wuye God of Wealth culture, and folk culture. The main objects of worship in the temple include the 33 kinds of statues of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, the three greatest Bodhisattvas in Buddhism, Long Wuye, the first god of wealth in the world, the first blessing dragon gate in the South China Sea, etc. You can copy the Heart Sutra and pray for blessings for free here.

The Longwuye Wealth Temple consists of three parts: the Wealth Hall; the Underground Palace Treasury; and the Wuye Ten Thousand Buddhas Pavilion. There are eight wealth pillars in the Wealth Hall, which teach people to establish a correct view of wealth. The eight major wealth wisdom methods include: the first is right view, which is to make money by giving alms; the second is right mindfulness, which is to make money according to the law; the third is right virtue, which is to make money by practicing good deeds; the fourth is right action, which is to make money by following the way; the fifth is right sincerity, which is to accumulate wealth by faith and righteousness; the sixth is right concentration, which is to guard wealth with concentration; the seventh is right wisdom, which is to use wealth in moderation; and the eighth is right enlightenment, which is to make money through merit.

Cross the road to Nanshan Villa 南山别院

You can ask for fortune and interpret it here. You should come early because the master will be off work at about 4 o'clock.

Hop on to the tram and arrived at Nansan Temple stop 南山寺, you may take a rest at the café here:

Coconut Love Time Sea Viewing Rest Area椰恋时光观海休息区

Relax under the coconut trees and have a cup of coffee with breeze of sea, viewing of another face of guanine second face from the seafront.

Sanya Nanshan Temple 三亚南山寺

It imitates the Tang Dynasty style and has the Renwang Hall (仁王殿), the Main Hall (大雄宝殿), the East and West Side Halls (东西配殿), the Bell and Drum Tower (钟鼓楼), the Chakravartin (转轮藏), the Dharma Hall (法堂), the Guanyin Courtyard (观音院), the Beitian Courtyard (悲田院), etc. They are built according to the terrain, in a staggered manner, solemn and dignified, quiet and elegant.

The "Unrivaled Dharma Gate" is a building in the style of the Northern and Southern Dynasties. When visitors enter this gate, they enter the auspicious and peaceful Nanshan Buddhist holy land. There are 84,000 Dharma gates in Buddhism, and the Unrivaled Dharma Gate is the highest realm. Entering this gate, one enters the holy realm of Buddhism and can directly see the holy path, that is, reach the realm of Nirvana that transcends life and death.

The monks get up at 3:00 a.m. and gather in the main hall to burn incense and worship Buddha. They recite the Shurangama Mantra, the Great Compassion Mantra, the Ten Small Mantras, the Heart Sutra, the Upasaka Gāthā, the Praise of the Buddha, the Three Refuges, the Praise of Weituo and other scriptures in sequence. The basic purpose of reciting these scriptures and mantras in the morning is to eliminate disasters and difficulties, pray for good luck and blessings, and bless everything with peace.

Climb the lotus platform to prostrate to the Buddha's feet, Guanyin blesses, eliminate karma, live a long and happy life, achieve career success, and fulfill your wishes.

 

Ask hotel tram send you to drop off point, Leave early to Nanshan Holy Statue of Guanyin, Sanya  三亚南山海上观音圣像.

The 108-meter-high Guanyin statue is 108meters height  It is the world's largest white-robed Guanyin statue and the tallest Guanyin statue in the world. The statue of Guanyin holds a lotus on one side, a Buddhist scripture on the other, and a Buddhist rosary on the other. This is the integrated three-figure statue of Guanyin.

There are activities such as taking a boat to worship Guanyin and there are tour guides to explain (Chargeable), as Guanyin third face is facing the sea.

Walk from the entrance court yard Nanhai Guanyin

 And move the right hand side of Nanhai Guanyin Bridge (南海观音桥头) entrance, there is a Buddha hand and washing Pool there, wash your hands and purify your mind too before worshipping Guanyin.

Take some nice photos at the Nanhai Guanyin Bridge (南海观音桥头) entrance here and the opposite Nanhai Guanyin Bridge (南海观音桥头) entrance.

West of Underground Passage of Guanyin of the Sea (海上观音地下通道西侧)

After entering the Yuan Tong Bao Dian 圆通宝, you can walk around it once or three time clockwise, and then go to the centre to pray.

 

The Yuantong Hall圆通宝殿is a magnificent and solemn building. It is the largest Guanyin Bodhisattva Hall in the world, with a height of 38 meters.

After that, you can queue up to take the elevator to the fourth floor, and then climb the stairs three floors to the top.

Walk around the feet of Guanyin clockwise once or Three, pray to Guanyin Bodhisattva,

When leaving walk down the staircase until 1^st floor, on your left hand side there is a seal station, opening 0930 - 1630 hours

After that you can leave the place, go to pick up point and call the hotel to pick you up, have a wash up

Check out of the hotel and ask for tram to send you to the hotel entrance gate to take a taxi off and end of the visiting.
