Baiyanxu in Huiwen Town was known as "Little Shanghai" in the 1920s and 1930s. walking along this less then a kilometer street like traveling back to the early Republic of China period with the old Nanyang-style arcades are home to three foreign banks to China: Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank of Hong Kong, and HSBC.
