Getting There:
Take Metro Line 1 or Line 6 to Xiaoshizi Station (小什字站) Exit 7, and walk about 500 meters to reach your destination.
The entire block is located on the steep 600-year-old ancient city gate, Dongshuimen Fort, which has a height difference of about 30 to 40 meters from Binjiang Road below the fort. Dongshuimen, as the eastern gate of the "Nine Gates" of Chongqing's ancient city gates, was built in the early years of the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty.
