A peaceful Buddhist sanctuary surrounded by lush bamboo forests spanning 43 acres, it features the largest indoor Cundi Bodhisattva statue in Southeast Asia but is closed for renovation during our visit. The pillars and top beams of the entire temple are all made of bamboo.

A 12m-long 200kg dragon sculpture made entirely out of bamboo staring suspended from steel wires outside the main hall


This main hall are fully supported by bamboo.

Prayer Wheel (西藏转经筒), Each time you turn the prayer wheel, it is equivalent to reciting the number of mantras planted in the prayer wheel. A powerful method to help purify bad karma, accumulate a lot of merit, and bless yourself, and even the surrounding environment and all sentient beings


The Wishing Tree (许愿树), Tie your wishes to a red ribbon and toss them high, believing that your aspirations will soar.


Tibetan 5-Coloured Prayer flags (西藏五彩风马旗, 经幡) These are believed to help clear bad karma for those who walk beneath them.




Bowing once every three steps (三步一拜) - Bowing once every three steps is a method of Buddhist practice. By bowing once every three steps, one can cleanse one's sins and promise to turn over a new leaf and help others in the future.
